I am sitting here trying to understand why the 41% plus of Americans that publicly identify themselves as Conservative are still supporting a political system that has……..short of shooting us down in the streets…….completely attacked and or violated every single moral, ethical, legal, religious or political value we treasure.

If the last 12 months have not demonstrated that we are living the nightmare of a 2 party political reign of terror, created by a ruling class, that has usurped power with the help and full support of elitists from academia, crony capitalists, crony finance and banking, media, and the useless idiots they have created by their monopoly of these segments of society, then what is it going to take?

He has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing judiciary powers.

He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of new offices, and sent hither swarms of officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies without the consent of our legislature.

He has affected to render the military independent of and superior to civil power.

He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation:

He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian savages, whose known rule of warfare, is undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A president, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have we been wanting in attention to our elected representative brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. If you have ever read the entire Declaration of Independence than you recognize that we have far surpassed the violations of our rights that moved our forefathers to action and subsequently create the GREATEST EXPRESSION OF SELF-DETERMINATION IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD!

I have changed only 10 words to modernize this document, every other word is as it was published 237 years ago this July 4th.

I have intentionally changed and moved sections to hopefully get your attention and more importantly get you mad as hell………….because you should be.

These are the authors and supporters of the latest affront to our rule of law by signing legislation that will further legitimize people WHO BROKE THE LAW IN COMING TO AMERICA AND INSTEAD OF PUNISHING THEM FOR BREAKING OUR LAWS, THEY ARE REWARDING THEM WITH CITINZENSHIP!

COMMON CORE = COMMUNIST CRAP

The latest push to shove the federal Common Core Curriculum down states throats via the threat of ending federal funding to those states that do not implement it has hit Florida. The state legislature is currently in committee writing legislation to implement it and make it state law. I am not going to argue the merits of the Common Core as a viable education model because the jury is still deliberating its content and methodology. What I am going to discuss and emphasize is the effectiveness of the federal body that will gain permanent control over every level of education in America and its success rate since first taking this role in 1980.

The Dept. of Education:

Since its inception and implementation by Jimmy Carter on 05/04/1980 has been very effective at redefining and changing the overall quality and efficiency of the way our children are educated. Before the Dept. of Ed. the national high school graduation rates were around 80% (peaking at 81% in the 1970’s). More importantly the effective reading and math comprehension levels were at a 10th grade level and to get into a college or state university a minimum SAT score was 1300. (an Ivy League education required 1550)       The aggregate IQ as determined by MENSA for the average high school graduate was approximately 98, the general populace 88.

Here is a very independent white paper from 2 German scientists that show a very different trend in our education:

“For a number of reasons – poor survey design, uncounted incarcerated males, inclusion of GEDs, inclusion of immigrants, etc. – surveys commonly used by economists like the CPS provide poor measures of the US high school graduation rate. Heckman and LaFontaine attempt to fix these mistakes by comparing the CPS, decennial Census records, and annual high school surveys to create an accurate measurement of the US high school graduate rate. The current rate is around 77%, lower than the peak of 81% around 1970. Graduating rates among males are lower, and among blacks are far lower. Indeed, low education rates continue into college, with only about 25% of the current cohort graduating from college, and less than half ever attending college of any kind. This divergence in educational outcomes is likely a large driver of stagnant wages since the early 1970s, since wages among college graduates and postgrads have continued to increase. The US has fallen behind many other developed countries in the past four decades in both HS and college graduation rates. The resultant comprehension levels are now at an all time low with 60% high school graduates reading at 8th. grade levels and math even lower. Most cannot perform simple algebra and without electronic assistance cannot perform simple math. The average IQ for grads’ is 90 and the populace average is 80. The standards for MENSA membership have always been the top 2 percentile of tested IQ’s, in 1970 it took an IQ of 150 to be considered in that percentile today it only requires an IQ of 135.

I can continue to identify and more importantly quantify the erosion of education since the federal govt. started direct oversight, but any American who has children or raised children or interacted with children in the last 40+ years can recognize the failings of the Dept. of Ed. and its devastation on our culture.

What is more frightening is why are our state govt.’s so willing to acquiesce our 9th. and 10th. Amendment rights so quickly? Why do we elect school boards and appoint administrators to over see the education of our children to see them systematically neutered by the Dept. of Ed.? Federal $$$$$!

To get the money you must get with the program whatever the current program is no matter how bad or how egregious. It is pay to play and if you don’t play then you don’t get paid.  In the first stages of the implementation of Common Core in place like Texas there have been multiple instance of push back by both teachers and more importantly parents when they have learned what their little Johnnie or Suzy are being taught.(or more importantly NOT TAUGHT) The removal of things like Algebra and Early American History in favor of Islamic studies and Homosexual awareness.

Saying Common Core Not Federal a Joke, but Joke’s on Us!

“Last week I posted video from an American Enterprise Institute conference featuring supporters of national curriculum standards—the Common Core—dismissing concerns that implementing the standards might cost lots of taxpayer arms and legs, and laughingly brushing aside concerns that the Common Core might lead to federal control of school curricula. The latter emanated largely from Chester “Checker” Finn, president of the Thomas B. Fordham Institute, whose organization is a leading national standards supporter.

Yesterday news came out that made clear just how serious—and unfunny—concerns about a federal takeover are. According to Education Week, the U.S. Department of Education will start a “technical review process” for the Department-selected consortia creating the national tests to go with the standards. And what will that review look at? Not compliance with accounting standards or something administrative, but test “item design and validation.” That means, most likely (in-depth information from the Department was off-line as of this writing) reviewing the specific questions that will go on the tests. And what is tested, of course, ultimately dictates what is taught, at least if the test results are to have any concrete impact, ranging from whether students advance to the next grade, to whether schools gain or lose funding. Since the ultimate point of uniform standards is to have essentially uniform accountability from state to state, they will have to have some concrete impact, rendering this a clear next step in a major Federal incursion into curricula.

Now, maybe Finn wasn’t aware of any of this last week when he blew me off with knee-slapping zingers about the U.N. taking over the Common Core, but I doubt it: according to Education Week, one of Fordham’s employees, Kathleen Porter-Magee, will be on the federal review team, as will frequent Fordham collaborator William Schmidt of Michigan State University. So either Finn is an extremely hands-off manager, or as he summoned his inner Don Rickles last week he knew very well that federal tentacles were inching even deeper into America’s schools.

The 9th. Amendment to the Constitution states: “ The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people”

The 10th. Amendment states the following: “The powers NOT delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are RESERVED to the states respectively, or TO THE PEOPLE”

It is not difficult to see that once again our Rights as defined are being transgressed by the political class and govt. bureaucrats that are currently dominated by the progressive socialist ruling class elites who do not believe in the Constitution or your right’s as defined by them.

I am calling my state reps. now to rip them a new one and let them know a storm is coming and it will cleanse this nation of ALL the cancerous bodies now destroying it and we will not stop until we have our Republic as founded.

Enumerated Powers: What defines our Republic!

Here repeat after me “EEEENOOOMERATED POWERS”

What separates our Republic and all Republic’s that have come before it is this very singularly important distinction. Enumerated Powers 

Here is an excellent interpretation by Kevin Price from his article titled: “What are “enumerated powers” and why do they matter?”

“Enumerated powers” have an academic sound to them. It sounds like something you would read about in a history book. Simply put, enumerated powers are those powers specifically delegated to the Congress by the US Constitution. By the way, they are still there.

Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution lists the seventeen powers specifically enumerated to the Constitution. All of these things are important and the government’s function in these areas was supposed to be strong, in order to protect the liberties of every American. Some of the things delegated to Congress include standard weights and measures, coining money, post offices and post roads, the protection of intellectual property, and a national defense. Beyond these and a few other very specific items, there was not much for which the federal government was responsible.

So how did new medicines get regulated? How would certain industries be licensed? What about the many other things done today by the federal government, who would do them? Those powers not enumerated to Congress were left to others, as seen in the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” That word, reserved, speaks of exclusivity. This was not a preferential view of public policy (“it would be better if the states and people took care of these things”), but a mandate (if it is not listed in the US Constitution, it is for the states and the people). The vast majority of regulations that exist in states came into place from states watching the works of one another. With the many states, our country had a vibrant laboratory with new ideas being brought to the surface and each state emulated those laws that worked best.

The ideas behind this system are both simple and profound. The state governments had virtually unlimited powers, but limited amounts of money. It could not “print money” to fund its programs, because only the federal government had the power to do such. On the other hand, the federal government only had 17 enumerated powers and it had no reason to use inflation as a vehicle to fund its programs. This contributed to the value of the US dollar remaining steady from the era of the founding until the early part of the 20th century (during the New Deal we began to devalue our currency to pay for “extra Constitutional” or unconstitutional government programs).

The Founders of this republic believed in the dispersion of power. They did such in order to maximize individual freedom and to protect the power of the states. This unique system helped to limit the amount of money taxpayers spent on programs they disagreed with because on the federal level, all the enumerated powers were beneficial to all. Meanwhile, people had the power and freedom to move from state to state in order to find a government that best suited their needs. That power to “vote with their feet” kept most state government very small.”

Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution is widely cited as being an exhaustive list of Congressional power. But, in reality, there are a total of thirty (up to 35, depending on how they’re counted) Congressional powers that are listed throughout the document. Find them here:

  • To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

  • The judicial Power of the United States, shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.
  • The Trial of all Crimes, except in Cases of Impeachment, shall be by Jury; and such Trial shall be held in the State where the said Crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any State, the Trial shall be at such Place or Places as the Congress may by Law have directed.

  • The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment…
    The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.
  • The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of choosing Senators.

     

    There is a difference of opinion in the political arena on whether current interpretation of enumerated powers as exercised by Congress is constitutionally sound.

    One school of thought is called strict constructionists. They often reference a statement on the enumerated powers set forth by Chief Justice Marshall in the case McCulloch v. Maryland:[3]

    “This government is acknowledged by all, to be one of enumerated powers. The principle, that it can exercise only the powers granted to it, would seem too apparent, to have required to be enforced by all those arguments, which its enlightened friends, while it was depending before the people, found it necessary to urge; that principle is now universally admitted.

    Another school of thought is referred to as loose construction. They often reference additional comments by Justice Marshall from the same case:

    “We admit, as all must admit, that the powers of the Government are limited, and that its limits are not to be transcended. But we think the sound construction of the Constitution must allow to the national legislature that discretion with respect to the means by which the powers it confers are to be carried into execution which will enable that body to perform the high duties assigned to it in the manner most beneficial to the people. Let the end be legitimate, let it be within the scope of the Constitution, and all means which are appropriate, which are plainly adapted to that end, which are not prohibited, but consistent with the letter and spirit of the Constitution, are constitutional,” wrote Marshall.

    Why is a more strict adherence to the intent and measure of Enumerated Powers as defined by the “Federalist Papers” so important? It is what the Greek and Roman Republics did not have to protect them from the tyranny that befell both their Republican forms of government and ended them. Without “Defined Limits” to control one branch of government such as the “Executive” branch, they were destroyed by appointed “Caesar’s” that succumbed to the axiom “Absolute power corrupts: absolutely”. They are now just pages in history books.

    Our current Executive branch of government unfortunately now defines the above axiom. If left unabated and continuing on its current trajectory we will no longer exist as founded before the end of this decade and if you think that that time frame is impossible to achieve here is a 20th. Century reminder of man’s folly believing that Govt. has all the answers:

    The Weimar Republic (German: Weimarer Republik [ˈvaɪmaʁɐ ʁepuˈbliːk] ( listen)) is the name given by historians to the federal republic and parliamentary representative democracy established in 1919 in Germany to replace the imperial form of government. It was named after Weimar, the city where the constitutional assembly took place.

    Following World War I, the republic emerged from the German Revolution in November 1918. In 1919, a national assembly was convened in Weimar, where a new constitution for the German Reich was written, then adopted on 11 August of that same year. The ensuing period of liberal democracy lapsed by 1930, when Hindenburg assumed dictatorial emergency powers, leading to the ascent of the nascent Nazi Party and Adolf Hitler in 1933. The legal measures taken by the new Nazi government in February and March 1933, commonly known as the machtergreifung (seizure of power) meant that the government could legislate contrary to the constitution. The republic nominally continued to exist until 1945, as the constitution was never formally repealed, but the measures taken by the Nazis in the early part of their rule rendered the constitution irrelevant. Thus, 1933 is usually seen as the end of the Weimar Republic and the beginning of Hitler’s Third Reich.

    In its fourteen years, the Weimar Republic faced numerous problems, including hyperinflation, political extremists (with paramilitaries – both left and right wing), and continuing contentious relationships with the victors of World War I.

    Regular readers know that I reference this period in history often because it is historically significant that all of the monetary policies as well as the govt. regulatory climate then is identical to now. “Those that fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it”

    There is legislation in the House of Representative’s that could slow and stop the current momentum of Un-Constitutional legislation if we can elect Citizen Statesman and not the “Political Ruling Class” that now occupies the District of Corruption.

    H.R. 450 (111th): Enumerated Powers Act:

    Representative John Shadegg (R-AZ) has re-introduced The Enumerated Powers Act (EPA) – HR 450. (You can read the entire bill on our Background Page.) EPA would require Congress to reference the specific clause(s) of the U.S. Constitution that grant them the power to enact laws and take other congressional actions.

    “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation and foreign commerce.”

    So what difference will it make if we require them to cite “chapter and verse” the section of the Constitution that gives them authority to pass a law, create or maintain a program, or impose a tax?

    • Well, it might slow them down.
    • It might mean that they reconsider a proposal instead of introducing it.

    But we freely admit, this new law won’t stop them.

    We believe the real power of this requirement is that it would, over time, build the evidence necessary to make some real reforms. After all, how many different, un-constitutional actions per day can they blame on the Commerce Clause before a judge rules or a reforming group stands up and says, “This is a hole large enough to drive a fleet of trucks through; let’s tighten it up!”

    EPA might even, eventually, embarrass Congress. As Walter Williams has pointed out, “Congressmen, openly refusing to live up to their oath of office, exhibit their deep contempt for our Constitution.” EPA would expose these politicians because their actions would speak louder than their phony rhetoric.

    There’s an old Texas legend that says, a young politician by the name of Lyndon Johnson (yes, that Lyndon Johnson), was looking for an edge in his campaign. Johnson suggested to his campaign manager that they start a rumor that his opponent enjoyed sexual congress with pigs.

    His campaign manager reacted in shock: “Lyndon you know that’s not true.”

    “Sure,” Lyndon is alleged to have replied, “I just want to watch him deny it.”

    Well, Congress does lots of unconstitutional things. And that’s no rumor. Walter Williams is almost certainly right; most members of Congress seem to have “deep contempt for our Constitution.”

    Now, we just want to see them compelled to deny that charge.

    Contact your representative and demand they sign on and support passing this legislation and if they don’t then you know who the traitor’s are.

The 2nd. Amendment: Upon This Rock I Will Build A Republic

The 2nd. Amendment is the cornerstone upon which all of our other freedoms and liberties are protected and reinforced. Without it, the rest are just hollow words with no way of enforcing them except trough legal action which is and will always be violated by those that do not prescribe to the law.

There are only 2 methods to get anyone to take action, reason and force and if you cannot force me to act then you must reason me with your argument. The progressive socialists have been manipulating a segment of the population in this Nation for well over 100 years through their arguments that create an emotional response that forces a controlled reaction that obscures intellectual action. They use the heated moment of emotional response to get their myopic misanthropes to jump and then propagate the discord with a continual barrage of Pavlovian response words that they have ingrained into the modern populace through the media and educational systems they control.

They also understand that they have a very narrow window to motivate this group because after about 3 weeks even the average double digit modern American who redefines the term low information citizen, starts to lose the emotional motivation and moves back towards complacency, more concerned with their daily doldrums and escaping their pitiful existence than staying engaged in their masters rage.

So once you remove the rhetoric that is always flamed by emotion, the progressive socialists hatred of the 2nd. Amendment becomes what is in the first paragraph, the teeth that bite back when you infringe on all of the Bill of Rights.

How can you have freedom of speech, religion or gathering or to redress grievances with government if they do not respect those rights as is evidenced by the attacks of the progressive socialists against all of those freedoms for far too many decades? (yes I know I left out freedom of the press they no longer deserve that freedom because they are complicit in their guilt to deny us ours) How can you keep your property rights and to be free from illegal search and seizure if there is no fear of a force reprisal? How can there be enumerated powers liming the power of government both state and federal and placing that power with their bosses WE THE PEOPLE if they do not fear the reciprocity of that decision or action?

The left wants us unarmed because Conservative America does not respond to their dogma, does not accept their agenda for America, does not jump to their emotional argument. Conservative’s function through fact based logic and reasoning based on that. We read, we watch, we learn, we observe, we gather information from multiple sources and then create our own conclusions based on empirical methodology that leads us to a definitive fact based summation. We do not accept the emotional argument without facts, we do not accept because talking heads say so, we do not blindly agree because media personalities decry, we do not aimlessly accept because entertainers tell us to.

We are very much of the Midwest mindset so eloquently associated with the residents of Missouri SHOW ME!

So if the progressive socialist ruling class in the District of Corruption can’t reason with us which they know they cannot because our core DNA is kryptonite to their rhetoric; then they must force us. And they fear the truth of that action will present the one picture that will perfectly and permanently identify who and what they are and what they really are trying to accomplish with their agenda. The total subjugation of the United States and the end of all ENUMERATED POWERS in the Constitution and The Bill of Rights.

Now I know that 90% of those that will read this understand the implications and I am proud to say that more than 100 million Americans are now armed. But remember our freedoms and liberties that have already been lost have been removed more by slow erosion than outright ban. The DC socialist progressives know that the last time this was done the Dems paid dearly and lost the house and senate in 1994 midterm elections forcing Clinton to have to paly nice with others and find other activities to occupy his time in office.

We have to constantly remind all elected officials at all level’s of government that not only do elections have consequences but so does defense of our rights and their fidelity to defending those rights as defined by our Founding documents.

I do not hold much faith in the 2 party political system that we now suffer at the hands of as many of you know. Their track record is undeniable and it is anything but pro-liberty or pro-freedom and I will continue to espouse my mantra that IT IS TIME TO END THE TWO PARTY POLITICAL REIGN OF TERROR IN AMERICA!

Again back to the original idea of this writing is the only way you can force action is by reason or force and for 158 years we have reasoned with the 2 party ruling class elites that we have elected; WELL AMERICA HOW’S THAT WORKING FOR YOU?

Gun Rights vs Gun Control – The TRUTH

The government can’t find 15 million ILLEGAL aliens and to be perfectly honest, they don’t WANT to but, by forcing gun registration…They WILL be able to find every LAW ABIDING gun owner in America. Am I the ONLY one who thinks something is wrong when the government, in an attempt to control people, does nothing about those who BREAK our laws and removes rights from those who ABIDE by the laws???

In the next few days, Joe Biden will submit his report on how to control you to the Emperor. Both he AND the Emperor have made it clear that Imperial Orders may well come into play against you regarding the 2nd Amendment.

Over the last few weeks, socialists, liberals and their pundits have not missed a single opportunity or microphone in their quest to demean and dismiss you, the law abiding gun owners of America.

They want you to believe that what they are about to propose or bypass congress to accomplish with regard to eroding your rights is for your safety and…of course…for the children.

Every time they want to remove some of your rights, it’s for the sake of the children.

BULL.

It’s time to make a few things crystal clear and I can assure you, liberals and socialists aren’t going to like this at all because…It’s the TRUTH.

How many times have we all heard a socialist, bent on controlling you by removing your rights, tell anyone within earshot that you don’t need an AR-15 to hunt deer?

Socialists are trying to SHAME you into bowing to their ideology and they HOPE you will be seen as the fool.

The 2nd Amendment has NOTHING…NOTHING to do with hunting and YOU know it.

If it did, the right to keep and bear arms would ONLY apply during HUNTING SEASON and THAT varies from state to state.

This is NOT your INTERPRETATION of the 2nd Amendment…It’s your ATTEMPT to ALTER its meaning but, in a major inconvenience to YOU, WE have the words of those who FOUNDED this country to PROVE you wrong.

The 2nd Amendment was and IS about the right of the PEOPLE to protect themselves, their property and their families from TYRANNY and here is just a SMALL sample of the words of the FRAMERS to make it clear.

“Why do you think you NEED an AR-15?”

“I hope I NEVER need one but, I do have the RIGHT to own one and I would rather HAVE one SHOULD I need it than NEED it and not HAVE one.”

The socialist will then ask you why you WOULD ever need one.

Answer…

“To protect myself, my family and my property from Tyranny or those who would do us harm.”

Pomposity will then query you as to what sort of “tyranny” you’re talking about.

Answer…

“Government tyranny either foreign or domestic.”

The “gun control” socialists will then try to be dismissive of you…Try to play you off as a fool and they will slightly chuckle as they ask: “Are you afraid of your government? Why would anybody be afraid of the government? You don’t REALLY think the government is your enemy do you???

The ONLY correct answer is…

“No. I have nothing to fear from my government. It’s the GOVERNMENT who, according to the founders and framers, should fear ME.”

And let’s be very, VERY clear on this point. These socialists and their socialist administration DO…INDEED…Fear the law abiding gun owners and THEY see those who own guns and adhere TO the 2ndAmendment as a THREAT to their ability to control the people or they wouldn’t be trying so desperately to BAN guns, ammo, clips and eventually…The 2nd Amendment itself.

The proper response: “Oh indeed I DO care about the children. I hope EVERY child has the opportunity to grow up and live in a FREE country where they too, can become responsible gun owners and protect the liberty and freedom of this great nation for THEIR children and their GRANDCHILDREN. Without the right to keep and bear arms, that would not be possible.”

None of this however, on the agenda of the left, is really meant for the children for, if it were, the above statement would ensure a free nation for generations to come. “Gun control” is about disarming those who would, if the need should arise, PROTECT freedom FROM those who would TAKE the guns away.

The “it’s for the children” line of crap is an old and far too worn false argument.

The world, for centuries, has been replete with those who have seen more tyranny and are far wiser that you, I and most certainly the “gun control” advocate and it would be best to defer to their words in response.

When the garden variety socialist tells you that “Nobody is trying to repeal the 2nd Amendment OR trying to take away anybody’s guns…Simply remind them of this…

On last Friday’s MSNBC show, Alex Wagner stated that exact thing.

“No one, anywhere, is talking about doing away with the Second Amendment, and no one, anywhere is advocating stripping away gun ownership.”

Precisely 2 years earlier on 1-11-11, Alex Wagner said THIS to Bill Maher:

“I think get rid of the second Amendment, the right to bear arms. I just think in the grand scheme of the rights that we have; the right of assembly, free speech, I mean, owning a gun does not, it does not tally on the same level as those other Constitutional rights.”

Ms. Wagner champions the 1st Amendment and wants the 2nd stricken without even BOTHERING to recognize that the 2ndAmendment actually protects HER 1st Amendment rights.

Thank GOD MS. Wagner is NOT in a position to SET policy however, she IS in a position, even with a terribly limited viewership, to express the agenda of her comrades and, as we ALL know, MSNBC IS the primary propaganda arm of the current administration.

The CURRENT administration…The Emperor…said he could NOT enact the “Dream Act” on his own and then DID so. He said Obamacare was NOT a tax and then…argued in the Supreme Court that it WAS. He said NOBODY making less than $250k would have their taxes raised and yet…He made SURE he raised taxes on 77% of Americans across the board. He made recess appointments when congress was NOT in recess, unilaterally decided that the Defense of Marriage Act would NOT be defended, by Executive Order made it against the law to use one’s right to free speech in protesting a president within earshot of the Secret Service and the list goes on.

Why should we believe one single word he or his pundits say when they claim nobody wants to do away with the 2ndAmendment or take away anybody’s guns?

This administration intends to start with semi-automatic rifles to which they incorrectly assign the title “assault weapon,” and “high capacity” clips NOT because they are responsible for the violence and killings but because those are the sort of weapons most likely to be used in the defense of freedom against tyranny and stark facts, compiled by the FBI, back this up.

In 2005, the number of murders committed with a rifle was 445, while the number of murders committed with hammers and clubs was 605. In 2006, the number of murders committed with a rifle was 438, while the number of murders committed with hammers and clubs was 618. In 2011, there were 323 murders committed with a rifle but 496 murders committed with hammers and clubs.

One is more likely to be beaten to death by an unregistered and unregulated device of mass construction than by a rifle of any kind.

IF they have any success against the means of freedom protection, socialists and this administration will then move against handguns and other firearms.

Remember…Once they force you to register each and every firearm you own, the government…ANY administration current or future of EITHER or ANY party will know exactly WHO owns a gun and WHERE they live. All the easier to go door to door and collect them.

And finally…the ever dismissive, demeaning and pompously pugnacious “gun control” advocate will try and tell you that the founders could not possibly have foreseen the advancement in weaponry and would certainly have not intended for the people to be armed with such weapons as they want banned.

HOGWASH!!!

When they come for your guns, exercise control…Use both hands and…Give them the bullets first.

An Open Letter to Senator Marco Rubio on Gun Control

Sen. Rubio:

I hope that we can count on your support for upholding your oath of office and defend our 2nd. Amendment rights. This is not about semi-automatic weapons it is about who can have them. This is not about gun control but population control and we know it.

You people in the District of Corruption need to wake up and realize that We The People have had enough of you the tyrants. Your constant assault on our Liberties and Freedoms as defined by the Bill of Rights is not transmutable but finite. The last 4 words of the 2nd. Amendment reads as follows: “Shall Not Be Infringed” now what part of that statement don’t you and the rest of the DC ruling class elites comprehend.

Your direct defiance of your oath of office by signing legislation like NDAA 2012, the 2 debt ceiling increases, the refusal to investigate Fast & Furious, Benghazi, stimulus 1 & 2, QE1 2 3 3.5, et.al. I would run out of room just listing the criminal actions that have been committed that you and your colleagues have turned a blind eye to.                 

You incompetent assholes haven’t passed a budget in going on 4+ years and you still can’t because you are all too gutless to do what needs to be done. As I am writing this it is taking every ounce of restraint I can muster to keep from verbally chastising you for your actions and your co-conspirators who infest our government. You have spent me, my children and now my grandchildren into poverty and you come back for more. You and your cohorts gall is astounding!

And now the communist side of this coin wants to use the actions of a deranged lunatic created by their secular progressive humanist agenda to take my only defense against their miscreant bastard offspring that will take to the streets very shortly when this government succeeds in crashing this economy. And that is why they want them, WAKE UP Senator; you’re being played the fool!

Let me be perfectly clear on this with the military oath I took 2 months before you were born:

“I, Keith Westbrook, do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God.”

Tell the rest of your comrades we will not be: 1916 RUSSIA, 1932 GERMANY, 1946 CHINA, 1955 N. KOREA, 1976 CAMBODIA, etc.

The Right to Bear Arms

The Supreme Court of the United States has upheld the meaning and intent of the Second Amendment. Much has been made of the Heller decision, but in the context of the history of the Second Amendment and the milieu in which it was written, it is easy to appreciate the strict constitutional interpretation whence came the 5-to-4 decision.

The right of law-abiding American citizens to bear arms was clearly outlined by Justice Scalia’s majority opinion, but this will not go unchallenged by those who side with the minority. Attempts at using the argument “for the good of public health” as a justifiable reason to limit or annul the Second Amendment must be tempered with a realistic understanding of the pathology of the public-health problem. This desire to “regulate” one amendment can only lead to the de-facto regulation of the other amendments.

Welfare: America’s Extortion Payments Payoff BIG for Democrats! AGAIN!

The Lyndon Johnson Great Society legislation and the massive Government bureaucracy it has created going forward, has finally born the fruit it was planted to sow 47 years ago. The extortion by the permanent welfare state is now in full blossom and the takers now outnumber the makers, the producers are now the “minority” in this country.

There are underlying conditions that extortion creates that destroy the payer as well as the payee. The payer obviously suffers the financial loss of money’s that were earned by producing in an open market economy. They also suffer the loss of dignity because they see that their production is only valued as long as it supports those who produce nothing. Their self esteem and self worth are diminished as they watch the fruit of their labor being treated with disdain and indignation, as if it is a penance for working hard and sacrificing.                      

The underlying factors that they put forth to create success bear no justification of that success, “ You didn’t build that business” is the overwhelming mentality of the unproductive moocher class that has become the supplicant to all government hand outs. In their minds you are only successful because of reasons that are unjust in theirs. You stole it, you inherited it, you were the beneficiary of a state funded government program that allowed your success to happen. There is NO success if that govt. road didn’t exist or you weren’t educated in a govt. school, or the over bearing over reaching govt. regulations didn’t provide a level playing field which allowed you to be successful.

The Marxist mentality of only the govt. can create prosperity for all by taking from those that can and giving to those that can’t or more correctly WON’T does create equality of outcome but not the one they profess, it breaks the will of the producers. This is now being demonstrated by how many producers are scaling back or even shutting their business’ down and looking for alternative opportunities to produce wealth and JOBS in other parts of the world or altogether getting out and staying out until this hits critical mass in the next few months to few years. There is no avoiding it, it is the desired outcome from the application of the democrats economic implosion principles as outlined by Marx in “Das Kapital” and other’s like Cloward / Pivens..

The flip side of course is even more distressing and is an even greater insight into the mentality that now permeates half of the population of this country. The govt. welfare state and the 50% of American households that now receive some form of govt. support. The most upsetting part of this societal shift and the greatest loss it has created is that it has successfully integrated a shift in the recipients perspective that it is a badge of honor now to say you are taking from someone else because you believe you deserve it because the govt. told you, you deserve it. From multi-generational welfare brood mares with their grandmothers indoctrinating their granddaughters into the welfare system; to:

And the saddest part of what is in this video is this person and millions like her derive their self worth by stealing from others to support their life style. They have no core value system other than one of you owe me, created from their lifetime of participation in govt. entitlement programs and the dependency mentality it creates. THEY ARE SLAVES AND DON”T EVEN SEE IT, OR AS LONG AS NOTHING IS REQUIRED OF THEM OTHER THAN THEIR VOTE EVERY 2 TO 4 YEARS THEY ARE WILLING TO SELL THEIR FREEDOM FOR A FREE RIDE.

This is a pathetic statement on what has been destroyed by progressive liberal policies and Democrat politics and what it has reduced the last few generations of Americans to, whining leaches with no understanding of the values of self worth, self determination and the self esteem created by ones productive efforts that are both emotionally and financially rewarded in a free market economy.

There was a long standing business management philosophy that people work as much for the self esteem of a job well done as the paycheck they received. I am sure that it is now an antiquated philosophy based on generational shifts from I will to who will for me. I am appalled every day when I see the constant bombardment of lies and false narratives that the leftist’s in this country in politics, academia, media, and journalism dump onto America like a tsunami and it is actually believed by a majority of the population. It is a sad state of affairs when the American population is lied to with regularity and they are either too stupid or too disengaged too say enough: and stand up and fight back.  It just is another re-enforcement to the success of the indoctrination policies that the liberal progressives have perfected for 100+ years.

And that is what has happened because of the extortion of welfare and the economic bondage it created has led to the loss of freedom, self esteem and the value of self worth. They are now on life support.                                                                                                                        

And as more generations of  older Americans pass away and the values that we were taught by our parents and NOT THE NANNY STATE CRADLE TO GRAVE GOVT. that now exists in America disappear, so does Freedom and Justice For All.

The Disconnect of the Progressive Liberal Socialist: aka. The Modern Democrat.

I have recently been engaged in running dialogue with several “useful idiots” over Mitt Romney’s recent speech at the Al Smith Dinner. And the disconnect displayed by several respondents to 1 simple statement I made that: “THIS is how an AMERICAN PRESIDENT ACTS!” has been if anything; enlightening to the mindset of these individuals.  The first comment I received was the following:

And the descent into discourse continued at an accelerated rate from all sides with my help. The fact that my comment was based on the closing statement that Mr. Romney made was inconsequential to the discussion and completely missed by the zealous left.  And my response was less than cordial from that moment on.

I have for many months now into several years studied the “progressive/socialist” movement in this Country and written about it on numerous occasions. I have included in those dissertations, THOUSANDS of fact- checked reference’s verifying the information contained within.  And throughout it all one glaring fact based truth is undeniably evident: NO GOOD HAS EVER COME FROM IT!

It is from a position of indifferent arrogance that the progressive socialist movement has not only stayed alive but prospered within academia and government in this Nation. The “intellectual elite” are entrenched in the belief that they, because of their devotion to so-called intellectual self-enlightenment are entitled to the greatest share of wealth and control over the rest of the populace. They along with progressive/liberal politicians have created the largest socialism indoctrination system outside the former Soviet Union and modern China.  We now have multiple generations of Americans who have no perception of anything in the way of  information that is not spoon fed to them by the media.                         It is structured propaganda  that the progressive movement created and I will prove it:

And as with the former Soviet Union and in China today as well as Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea and others, controlling the media narrative is imperative to controlling the population at large. If not for the 1st. Amendment where would this Republic be right now? Yet we have entire groups of “useful idiots” that side with a complete lie fabricated to hide the failing policies of this administration. We have an entire media that except for the  unwilling act of occasional journalism, has become the incestuous bedmate of progressive socialism, failing to see that throughout history the socialist govt. once empowered KILLED every teacher, journalist and elected official that they perceived a threat. The most recent example was the reign of terror by Pol Pot.

This has been in the making in America for 100 years now, starting with the Woodrow Wilson Administration and the first foray of the academic elite entering politics. His progressive policies were responsible for the largest growth of the government since the Civil War and reconstruction periods and created everything from the Federal Reserve to Income Tax. Under his administration with the help of a Democratically controlled House the federal govt. grew by 250% and also helped create legislation opening the door for union activism to proliferate without oversight.

The push back on progressivism by the massive over intrusion by Wilson’s Administration led to many years where the title of progressive was deemed an insult, mostly because of his views of the Founding Fathers and his desire to end the govt. that the Constitution of the United States formed, in favor of a more Parliamentarian style of govt..

The one thing that these progressive socialist’s realized was to affect change they had to change the perception of an entire Nation, and the best way, was to start early and work slowly through indoctrination methods. During Wilson’s administration he set in motion legislation that would fund schools, that started the erosion of state and local responsibility for education, which allowed for the federal govt. and not local school boards to set standards dictating curriculum.

And every 20 years or so from this administration forward we have had revisits to  progressive socialism:

Franklin Delano Roosevelt: Roosevelt expansion of  the federal govt. by any means necessary includes passing a record 3728 executive orders or almost 1 a day for 12 years! It was called the “New Deal” for a reason

Lyndon B. Johnson: a life long politician and political insider whose “Great Society” legislation has led to 47 years of constant federal govt. expansion at the cost of states rights. Historians argue that Johnson’s presidency marked the peak of modern liberalism in the United States after the New Deal era.

Jimmy Carter: During Carter’s term as President, two new cabinet-level departments were created: the Department of Energy and the Department of Education.

William Jefferson Clinton: During his presidency, Clinton advocated for a wide variety of legislation and programs, much of which was enacted into law or was implemented by the executive branch. Some of his policies, such as the North American Free Trade Agreement and welfare reform, have been attributed to a centrist Third Way philosophy of governance, while on other issues his stance was left-of-center

Barack Hussein Obama: He is the first POTUS since Wilson to come from Academia with no other real background outside of instutionalized education, except for a brief stint in the Illinois state govt. and then 2 years as a Senator.

All of these individuals were all deemed by the media of their day as “intellectual elites”, including Clinton being a “Rhodes” scholar. All have presided over the greatest loss of individual freedoms in the name of the “common good” than all of the previous administrations COMBINED!

All have been the darlings of their bed fellows the media, which when the Constitution was written granting them the powers of the 4th estate, it was as a watchdog against the very actions that they now defend or try to obfuscate from the American people. But this relationship has only existed when it is a Democrat Administration.

I am old enough to remember quite accurately the media’s relentless pursuit of Nixon on Watergate and his involvement which led to his resignation. Their pursuit of Reagan in the Iran Contra Affair and the prosecution of Col. Oliver North. The relentless media attacks of every Republican administration for the last 100 years as compared to the media’s handling of Democrat administrations has been shameful. From Hoover-villes to the “New Deal” from the “great society” to Nixon’s war( Vietnam which was escalated by Johnson)  and on and on it has become an exercise in futility to expect anyone in America, exposed to their diatribe, to remain anything but indoctrinated to their propaganda.

All of these media elites were educated and indoctrinated into this movement in the Academic environment. They now carry forward the “progressive socialist” message and agenda driving the narrative, instead of observing and reporting on it.

Progressive socialism is a cancer, it kills everything it infects, and like cancer it slowly destroys the body whole, until only radical treatment can have a chance of saving the patient. In any life threatening situation there is always an acceptable loss of tissue to justify saving a life. We have now reached that point in America’s future health, we must now cut the disease from the body to save the body whole.

America is finally awakening from her long sleep and the media is now more despised than unions. But we must continue to remove them further from infecting our Country.If we stopped supporting any company that supports any newspaper and all of the alphabet networks we could choke them to death from lack of funding. End their revenue resources and we end them. I have personally boycotted all major products that advertise on any network or media outlet. I do not miss them and neither does my wallet.

We must continue to remove the federal influence of govt. from our local education. I am a firm supporter of oaths of office to be given to teachers and administrators, like my military and fiduciary oath. Until their loyalty to the children’s education supplants socialist dogma and union manipulation we are faced with an ever declining education system teaching more about non-American values and globalism than the fundamentals of the 3R’s and about this Great Nation’s history.

My readers know one of my favorite sayings is it is time to cull the herd, it is from the John Wayne movie McClintock when he describes the “poor specimen” that is the territorial governor. The ‘useful idiots” go ballistic when I use it and I love seeing their heads explode yet they are the ones advocating creation of a government that will have just that power through Obamacare. Their stupidity knows no bounds!

Fixing the Economy Is Not Rocket Science

Romney has five basic proposals for fixing the American economy that are sensible, practical, and believable.  Romney’s goal of 4% economy growth is possible within four years.  It is not rocket science.

Romney has prioritized five key areas to reverse Democrat policies.  The number-one boost to economic growth is always energy.  Energy runs everything, and the price of energy affects everything.  The Obama administration’s overspending by a trillion dollars a year has led to irresponsible printing and borrowing of money — forty cents on every dollar Obama spends is borrowed.  Printing money raises the price of oil, because we have devalued our dollar, which makes everything manufactured or transported more expensive.  Devaluing the dollar is a hidden tax on families every time they fill up their cars, go to the grocery store, or turn on a light bulb.

But it is worse than that.  Obama, indeed any Democrat, cannot and will not allow America to become energy-wealthy, because Democrats’ green voting base fears fossil fuel.  Obama is using the EPA to block fracking, to end the coal industry (which fuels half of our electricity), and to block off-shore drilling.  Romney will allow America to use our wealth of natural resources.  It can be done in the right places, with safe methods and proper regulation, but it must be done if we are to thrive.

We are talking about a lot of wealth.  Thanks to fracking, America could be producing more oil and natural gas energy on a daily basis than current U.S. imports from Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Venezuela, Colombia, Algeria, Nigeria, and Russia combined.  The United States’ combined recoverable natural gas, oil, and coal endowment is the largest on Earth.

The impact of cheap energy boosts jobs in expanding circles.  Men with high school diplomas pull down $100,000 salaries in the oil and gas fields.  Next circle out: cheap natural gas has revived our steel industry, making American steel production globally competitive again.  Same for plastics and the chemical industry.  Healthy industries mean healthy towns, money for taxes, a sustainable social safety net.  A healthy country.

Excellent working-class jobs, cheap gas, lower consumer prices so the money in your paycheck goes much farther.  Using our energy resources is a huge win for every family and entirely, easily doable.

Energy alone is a reason to vote Republican.  Our economy will not survive if starved of affordable energy.

Romney’s second target: start competing with China again in the global marketplace.  Romney hasn’t given up on American manufacturing and export capability.  He will fight for us.  When Obama doubled down on government debt to China, he gave the Chinese more power to gut our economy.

Improving our exports is not rocket science.  President George Bush negotiated trade agreements with 16 countries, leading to the creation or support of 18 million jobs, with one third in manufacturing.  That’s our unemployment crisis right there.

One of Romney’s main stump speech talking points: the EU and China have negotiated 44 bilateral trade deals since Obama was elected.  Obama’s new deals on America’s behalf?  Zero.  Why?  Because another key Democrat voting bloc, the AFL-CIO, opposes trade agreements.

Romney will pursue trade actively, especially a major initiative, a free-trade zone with Latin America.  This is something the party might like to let Hispanic voters know about.  We can and will compete effectively to export manufactured goods.

Romney promises to reverse our longstanding passivity towards China.  He is breaking with all precedent here, Republican and Democrat.   He has a hard-hitting ad on Obama’s loss of half a million jobs to China.  We are losing because we have agreed to compete in a rigged game.  Romney vows that that will stop.  As Romney says, “I don’t see how you can have a trade relationship, on an open basis, with another nation if they’re stealing a large part of what it is you sell.”   Romney vows to fight for our manufacturing sector as no one ever has.

The number-three Romney policy: remove the burden of unnecessary government rules.  The super-explosion of government regulation under Obama is another self-inflicted wound on our economy, which gives jobs to bureaucrats and takes jobs from working class families.  The burden of Obama’s regulations are estimated at $2 trillion, more than taxes.  This is money taken from creating new products and new jobs, from growing our economy.  It is also anti-democratic, giving bureaucrats arbitrary powers to write the rules and hand out favors to Obama’s bundlers.

Obama sees businessmen as the enemy.  He has no guilt about crushing them with his regulations.  Government workers, who enforce Obama’s four thousand new regs, are a key Democrat voting bloc.

The invisible cost of government regulation ($10,000 per employee) is deadly to jobs for ordinary people.  The yearly cost of regulation on a single manufacturing firm is $700,000, enough to stop small businessmen from going near the manufacturing sector.  They don’t have the cash flow to pay staff to fill out a million dollars’ worth of government forms.

Small and medium businesses grow most of our jobs.  Regulatory compliance sucks up their profit margin, and it sucks out the joy and energy that go into building your business.   When politicians increase rules, there are always special carve-outs for existing large corporations.  Goldman Sachs has 400 lawyers on staff, and a dozen lobbyists to help write the regs and comply with them.  Small business can’t play in the billion-dollar lobbying market.

Romney understands this deep in his bones.  He will repeal many of the Obama administrations new regulations on his first day in the Oval Office.

Next, education.  It is not rocket science to know that if we keep doing the same things that fail with more money, it is not going to move us forward.  Education is a Romney priority.

Romney is proud of his record as governor of Massachusetts on education.   By the third year of his term, Massachusetts students ranked first nationally in both reading and math, the first state to reach this goal.  The 85% Democrat legislature tried to block charter schools, and Mitt vetoed the bill.  Black and Hispanic voters should be told about this over and over.

Last point in Romney’s five-point plan for the economy is to tackle our debt and deficit.  Democrats demagogue these issues.  They are too cynical and self-interested to take on our bloated government and failing entitlement funding, both very serious problems.  “Taxing the rich their fair share” would pay for a few weeks of their irresponsible spending.

Romney’s answer is the Tea Party principle: don’t spend money you don’t have.  He promises to balance the budget and cap the size of the government at 20% of GDP.

Democrats act like this is promising the moon.  Only for them, because they are blocked by their constituents from doing what is required.  We had one Republican governor after another at the RNC with boasting rights that in a few short years they’d turned billion-dollar deficits and looming bankruptcy into surpluses.  They had all lowered the tax burden on the middle class and were growing private-sector jobs in their states.  They had to challenge the powerful government unions to get it done.  Democrats can’t do that.

It’s true that the Republican establishment has an abysmal record on fiscal responsibility.  The difference between the two parties is that the Republican Party is at a historic moment of change.  A grassroots reformist movement for fiscal responsibility and limited government, the Tea Party, has influenced the Romney-Ryan ticket, so that it offers hope of a substantial change in the right direction.

Living within our means as a government is entirely possible.  Even fixing Social Security is not that complex.  We have to raise the retirement age a couple of years, and the problem is largely solved.  Romney and Ryan have a lot of good proposals with specifics that flesh out his promises.  This information is easy to find, but the politicized press doesn’t want to report anything substantive on Romney.

Romney’s case is simple.  With these five priorities, he can enable the American economy to grow by 4% a year again: use our energy wealth, increase trade agreements and take on China, improve education and job training so people can succeed in life, decrease stifling regulations, and balance the budget and reform entitlements. 

No Democrat can improve the economy because their political base demands special carve-outs at the expense of the common good.

Obama can’t improve energy because the greens hate fossil fuels.  Obama can’t improve trade because the AFL-CIO opposes trade agreements.  Obama can’t improve education because the teachers unions fight school choice and accountability.  Obama can’t shrink government because government bureaucrats and government unions are his biggest voting bloc.  Obama can’t balance the budget and reform entitlements because the Democrat party relies on buying votes with government handouts.  Obama doesn’t want to decrease the controlling power of the state, because he wants the government to intrude into every aspect of the economy and our lives.

The Democrats tell us that the problems facing Obama were unsolvable for anyone.  That is not true.  Much of our economic misery is self-imposed by our self-serving and ideological government.  Economic recovery is impossible for any Democrat administration.  Obama has sacrificed the common good to his need for votes from Democrat special interests: greens, labor unions, teachers’ unions, government workers, and nanny-state extremists.

Romney can do it, and only Romney can do it.

Things look bleak right now, and too many pundits are telling us that the world has changed.  They tell us to get used to being less prosperous, less powerful, less secure, less influential.  Romney and Ryan inhabit another universe, one filled with common sense and purposeful action.  They have a lot of good, solid ideas on how to turn our economy back to 4% growth.  It is not too hard.  It will not even take that long.  But we have to begin.
